I know from reading about the SLV and from various maps that I've seen that there are many industrial farmers in the valley. So I'm just curious to know what kinds of industrial crops are actually being grown? I know about wheat and potatoes, but what else?

Potatoes is probably the big one. Wheat too. But, barley and Alfalfa are probably bigger money here than wheat. A lot of Alfalfa hay, oats usually for hay as a rotational crop. But also commercially grown is lettuce and spinach. Cattle are an important livestock animal here and some sheep.

How do they feed the livestock? From some of the other crops? I suppose they might have to buy the feed from somewhere.
